Model: CE-BL029 A convenient 1-Speed with stainless steel blade purees soups, sauces, mixed drinks and shakes. Use the turbo setting for extra thick clumps or to liquify by moving the unit up and down within the ingredients. 150 Watt Motor for a quality and consistent kitchen appliance that will last. Recommend pulsing the blender with heavy creams and thick ingredients to mix well. The blade half of the unit is detachable and can be put in the dishwasher. The motor-plug end is easily cleaned by wiping with soap and water.
