Die Diskussion um die konzeptionellen Grundlagen des Controlling ist neu entbrannt. In der Auseinandersetzung mit den klassischen Konzeptionen des rechnungswesen-, informations- oder koordinationsorientierten Controlling entstanden zwei neue Sichtweisen: der Rationalittssicherungsansatz und das reflexionsorientierte Controlling. Die Arbeit entwickelt das Grundgerst des reflexionsorientierten Controlling. Zunchst werden dessen Funktionen przisiert: die Entscheidungsreflexion (Fhrungsfunktion) sowie die daraus abgeleitete Informationsversorgung (Fhrungsuntersttzungsfunktion). Anschlieend erfolgt eine systematische und einzelfallbergreifende Analyse der vielfach vernachlssigten Institutionalisierungsprobleme des Controlling. Der Autor durchdringt den uerst komplexen Situation-Struktur-Erfolg-Zusammenhang bei der Organisation des Controlling und entwickelt alternative organisatorische Strukturformen.
