This merchandiser base comes with a rethermalizer with lighted on / off switch and recessed knobs for simple operation and precise adjustment. A low water indicator light also alerts employees any time the base is close to running dry, giving them plenty of time for refills. And for maximum versatility, this merchandiser base can easily be adapted to accommodate 4 or 7 qt. pans (SOLD SEPARATELY).
