In dieser Studie wurden mehrere Initiativen in Berlin zwei Jahre lang begleitet. Mit Hilfe der Leitbildanalyse wurde die Kommunikations- und Organisationsstruktur der unterschiedlichen Initiativen und das Interesse der Brger an Partizipation erfasst. Zudem wurden ihre Kenntnisse ber die Lokale Agenda 21 erhoben. Die Ergebnisse der Studie mnden in Empfehlungen ber die Organisation und Kommunikation in Lokale Agenda 21-Initiativen.
