Mittels des Begriffs des Organisationsverhltnisses wird eine herrschaftstheoretische Rekonstruktion der modernen Gesellschaft vorgenommen und zugleich gezeigt, dass in zentralen Theorien der modernen Gesellschaft Organisation, ohne dort als theoretische Kategorie ausgearbeitet zu sein, durchweg einen zentralen Bezugspunkt bei der Analyse moderner Herrschaft bildet.
