Das Controlling stellt aufgrund seiner hufig unzulnglichen Konkretisierung und Operationalisierung eine besondere Herausforderung fr die Entwicklung von Informationssystemen dar. Als Grundlage fr die Implementierung von Informationssystemen dienen Informationssystem-Modelle, deren Erstellung mit Hilfe von Referenzmodellen entscheidend vereinfacht werden kann, da diese Expertenwissen in bereits modellierter Form reprsentieren. Bernhard Schlagheck zeigt die Grundlagen zur Konstruktion und Anwendung von objektorientierten Referenzmodellen auf und konkretisiert und operationalisiert den Anwendungsbereich des computergesttzten Controlling. Auf der Basis der Unified Modeling Language (UML) konstruiert er Referenzmodelle fr das Prozess- und Projektcontrolling und leistet damit einen wertvollen Beitrag fr die Wiederverwendung von konzeptuellen objektorientierten Modellen bei der Erstellung von Controlling-Informationssystemen.
