In einer schnelllebigen und dynamischen Umwelt ist der Umgang mit Vernderungen ein mageblicher Baustein fr den Erfolg und die Wettbewerbsfhigkeit eines Unternehmens. Durch komplexer werdende Produkte und damit verknpfte Dienstleistungen, unbersichtlichere Beschaffungs- und Absatzmrkte sowie die zunehmende Informationsverfgbarkeit werden Anpassungsprozesse im Versorgungsmanagement notwendig. Inga-Lena Darkow entwickelt zunchst einen Ansatz zu einem prozessorientierten Versorgungsmanagement, bei dem ber die klassische Funktionsgrenzen innerhalb eines Unternehmens hinaus alle versorgungsrelevanten Prozesse integriert wurden. Anschlieend erarbeitet sie ein Controllingkonzept zur Untersttzung dieses prozessorientierten Versorgungsmanagements. Die beiden Konzepte dienen der Autorin als Grundlage zur Gestaltung eines flexiblen Versorgungscontrollings fr Industrieunternehmen auf der Basis eines modularen Systems. Durch die Anwendung der definierten Module auf das Controlling im Electronic Procurement wird die Flexibilitt des prsentierten Controllingsystems nachgewiesen.
