Sundstrom Powered Air-Purifying Respirator Kit SR Medium/Large The Sundstrom SR PAPR system is a belt-mounted Powered Air-Purifying Respirator (PAPR) with a lightweight, long hood that protects against particulates, gases and vapors, or a combination of both. The SR 530 offers an easily adjustable headband suspension and has a visor made of chemical-resistant CA. The SR 530 provides respiratory protection with an APF of 1,000. The SR 500 PAPR system functions as an alternative to air purifying respirators (APR) in all situations for which these are recommended. This applies particularly to work that is hard, warm or of long duration.
