Sven Thomas zeigt in seiner empirischen Studie, wie es den Politikmanagern in Sachsen-Anhalt gelang, in einem Land ohne regierungsfhige Mehrheiten acht Jahre lang eine mehrheitsfhige Politik zu betreiben und damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Stabilisierung der demokratischen Entwicklung in Ostdeutschland zu leisten.
