The lid locks onto base to protect ingredient integrity. Clear windows and ingredient labels allow easy content identification. The FIFO (First In, First-Out) barrier supports proper rotation of ingredients for improved quality and safety. Durable container base with smooth surfaces helps maintain cleanliness. Clasp secures lid on base to protect ingredient quality. Bin has front and rear handles for convenient carrying. height fits on most storage racks. Includes a 2 cup integrated scoop that also assists to comply with FDA food code 3-304. 12. NSF Certified.
