Blankets are suitable for a wide range of materials from biofuels to food and beverage by offering even and continuous heating during the cold months. Feature a patented heat grid nanocarbon heating technology that increases the temperature during the first 20 minutes of operation while electrical current decreases. Coupled with an automatic GFCI device that is built into the blanket, this technology provides a safe heating method for both product and contractor. Product is suitable for various plastic, fiber, and metal containers. Made of NFPA-certified flame-retardant vinyl welded at the seams. Resistant to scuffs, UV rays, water, and harsh elements. Heavy-duty foil-faced, high thermal efficiency closed-cell foam insulation directs the heat to the right location. Temperature can be precisely controlled to your set point with an optional temperature control module, or is factory set to self-regulate. A proprietary strain relief cord entry seals the power cord entry and reduces wire stress. Made with the heaviest (18oz) diagonally woven UV resistant nylon materials of any other brand. Blankets are secured with adjustable nylon retaining straps and quick release nickel-plated buckles. NRTL recognized to be safe. 120VAC. 2 Year Limited Warranty.
