The Phoenix Fire Commander safe combines colossal strength, an excellent fire rating, and a pleasing design to protect your documents from fire, water, impact, and smoke damage. Its attractive white finish complements any home or business. A 2-hour fire rating coupled with an impact rating make these safes the powerhouses of the safe industry. Every Phoenix Safe is manufactured to the highest quality standards and features an all-steel construction, inside and out. These are commercial-grade safes. A digital combination lock provides easy access as well as the ability to change the code as often as you like. Fire Rated Class 350 2-hour for documents and paper. These fire resistant safes are tested for fire at 1850 degrees Fahrenheit and explosion tested at 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. Impact Rated. The impact test includes dropping the safe 30 feet onto concrete rubble, then reheating in the fire. This simulates actual conditions in a fire when the floor gives out. This will also protect you in the event a roof caves in or a concrete wall falls onto the safe. Digital Protection: Fire Rated MTC Class B 60 minutes for CDs, DVDs, USB Drives, and Memory Sticks. Water Resistant: Safes feature construction with internal seals that prevent water damage from fire hoses and sprinklers. Steel bolts provide security. The Phoenix 1903 features commercial-grade, all-steel construction. All bolt work fastens into steel. The body is constructed from galvanized steel plate.
