ANTI-FREEZE FOR WET FIRE PROTECTION SPRINKLER SYSTEMS Fire Safe anti-freeze protection fluid is glycerin based which is in compliance with the recommendations of NFPA 13. Systems using Fire Safe are assured flow protection of -15 F and burst protection of -50 F. Fire Safe is ready to use and should not be diluted. Check freezing protection each season using a hydrometer to test the specific gravity. The specific gravity should be at 1.130 at 60 F. If specific gravity is less than this number, meaning weakened, then empty system and replace with New Fire Safe. -50 Burst Protection -15 Flow Protection Ready to Use Non-Toxic, Non-Corrosive For All Type of Pipe Including CPVC.
