Bulk condo tenant storage locker provides secure storage to any facility - apartment, condo, hotels, hospitals, military, government, an business tenants. . An ideal way to secure resident's personal items in multi-family building common storage areas. Eliminate clutter and allow for proper aisle space throughout common storage areas. All steel storage locker offers easy installation while providing maximum security and strength. Ventilated locker allows light, air and sprinkler penetration. Bulk locker is made using 1/2" x 16 gauge flattened expanded metal doors and sides. Heavy gauge vertical frame channels and horizontal frame angles provide extra reinforcement. Doors feature welded brace and heavy duty 13 gauge, 7-knuckle hinges for strength. Welded padlockable hasp (lock sold separately) and ergonomic door pull for security. 13" transom on top of doors provide added overhead space. 22 gauge steel shelf separates 2 locker compartments. Silver powder coat finish. Locker is easily wall mounted to eliminate need for locker back panel (hardware not included). Add-On Locker can be easily attached to starter locker or other add-ons to create aisles or rows of multiple lockers connected side-by-side or back-to-back. 2 Year Limited Warranty. Made In USA.
