8X3 Phillips Flat Head with Nibs Deep Thread Wood Screw with Type 17 Point Black Ox. Type-17 used in decking materials including woods with medium density and composite materials. Flat head screws are used when protrusion of the fastener above the mating surface is unacceptable. Typically 100 degree flat or for fastening softer materials, 82 degrees flat.
