In der Wahrnehmung der Bndnispartner besteht zwischen den deutschen Entscheidungsprozessen und einer vertieften Integration von Verteidigungspolitik/ -planung ein Spannungsverhltnis (Stichworte: Souvernittsverzicht und Vertrauen), wobei das ParlBG z.T. als Hindernis gesehen wird. Ob zu Recht, hat in der Strategic Community eine Debatte ausgelst. Im Mrz 2014 hat der Bundestag eine Kommission eingesetzt, die den Problembereich binnen Jahresfrist analysieren soll.
