Dieser Assay liefert in krzester Zeit mit geringem Materialverbrauch Informationen zu den Bindeeigenschaften potenzieller Inhibitoren, die dann als mgliche Therapeutika dienen knnten. Der Assay basiert auf der Kompetition von fluoreszenzmarkierten ATP mit den potentiellen Inhibitoren um die ATP-Bindetasche der Proteine. Whrend der Masterarbeit wurden zehn potentielle Inhibitoren, die Geldanamycin- oder Reblastatin-Derivate sind, getestet. Ihre IC50-Werte lagen im Bereich zwischen 0,5 nM und 4 M.
