Robopac Compacta 12 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Stretch Wrapper, 400V, 87 PSI
Compacta semi-automatic horizontal rotating ring stretch wrappers are designed for low- to midvolume production. They are designed for bundling long, narrow products like wood molding, aluminum, and plastic extrusion as well as tubing, textiles, and carpet. Safe, simple operation includes automatic film clamping and cutting. Compactas feature constant film tensioning to improve package integrity and reduce film breaks. Features: FILM CARRIAGE UNIT: The film carriage unit has a direct breaking transmission roller, and it is adjustable at any time. It also eases spool loading and film insertion to a maximum. The spool carriage device is equipped with locking and quick release of the spoolCUTTING AND CLAMP UNIT: The automatic highly reliable dual rod clamping and cutting system fully automates the wrapping processSTART AND STOP PEDAL: The wrapping program can be started in full safety thanks to the pedal start systemOperator Interface: Control Panel: Single Purpose Knobs and Buttons for tension and speed controlSafety Features: Emergency Stop Push Button, CE Compliant, Double lateral guides with adjustable side Certified Installation available through the manufacturer.
