Die schweitechnische Verbindung von laseradditiv gefertigten (3D Druck) Aluminiumbauteilen zeigt eine unzulssig hohe Schweinahtporositt, die bisher unerforscht ist. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wird ein tiefgehendes Verstndnis ber die Laserschweibarkeit dieser Bauteilen vermittelt und Methoden dargestellt, um diese zu optimieren. Hierfr erfolgt zunchst eine Klrung der Porenursache. Darauf aufbauend werden optimierte Schweistrategien fr diese Bauteile dargestellt sowie der werkstoffkundlichen Ursache der Nahtporositt bereits in der Bauteilentstehung, dem 3D-Druckprozess, entgegengewirkt. Weiterhin werden Konstruktionsrichtlinien erarbeitet, die dem Konstrukteur intuitiv eine prozessgerechte Gestaltung der Baugruppen ermglichen.
