Es werden theorie- sowie praxisorientierte Beitrge zum Verstndnis des komplexen Gerechtigkeitskonstrukts in Bezug auf die Entlohnung von Fhrungskrften geliefert. Die empirische Auswertung der gewonnenen 4.780 Urteile von 542 Personen belegt, dass die Beurteilung der (Un-)Gerechtigkeit der Managerentlohnung von den Probanden auf Basis der drei Fairnessdimensionen vorgenommen wird. Die empirischen Ergebnisse stellen die Basis fr Handlungsempfehlungen zur Gestaltung von Managerentlohnungssystemen dar.
