Coaching kann man lernen wie eine Fremdsprache. Denn es ist eine Art Fremdsprache in der eigenen Muttersprache. Das Wesentliche dieser Fremdsprache ist ihre soziale Grammatik, d.h. die coachingspezifischen Regeln des Umgangs mit dem Klienten und seiner Coachingthematik. Die empirische Studie konnte zeigen, dass diese Regeln markante Besonderheiten aufweisen, mit denen sie sich klar erkennbar von Alltagskommunikation, Schulung, Training und Fachberatung unterscheiden.
