Standard specifications include: BED - 6-5/8" deep x 12 ga. formed steel Slider Bed is powder coat painted. Reinforced with 3/4" pipe which forms sockets for guard rails. BELT - Ultimate 140BBS - Nitrile Belt END DRIVE - Located on discharge end of conveyor, chain guard on left hand side. DRIVE PULLEY - 8" dia. with 1-3/16" dia. shaft at bearings, machine crowned and fully lagged. TAIL PULLEY - 6" dia. with 1-3/16" dia. shaft at bearings, machine crowned. SNUB IDLER - Adjustable 2-1/8" dia. for tail end; 2-1/2" dia. for drive end. Pre-lubricated ball bearings. Guards included. RETURN IDLER - Adjustable 1.9" dia. pre-lubricated ball bearings. TAKE-UP - Take-ups at tail pulley. Provides 4" of belt take-up. BEARINGS - Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning, ball bearings on drive and tail pulleys. MOTOR - 1 HP, 230V 3Phase TEFC Premium Energy Efficient Motor. SPEED REDUCTION - Sealed worm gear C-Face speed reducer. No. 50 roller chain to drive pulley. BELT SPEED - Constant 65 FPM. CAPACITY - Maximum Load per Linear Foot of conveyor is 100 lbs. Note: Floor supports are not included; please order separately. This product is non-cancelable and non-returnable.
