Thera-Band Soft Weights are designed with a soft cover and pliable filler free of any hard edges or rims. Each weight is 4-1/2" in diameter and can be used for strengthening, plyometrics, balance training, mobilization and functional grip strength development. The ball supports one or two hand activities and is comfortable to hold. The ball can also easily fit into a gym bag. Thera-Band Soft Weights Ball - 6 Piece Set (1 Each: Tan, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Black), with 1-tier rack. PVC rack measures 31"L x 6"W x 5.25"H.
