Disposable sterile filtration units, 100 ml; white, gridded, nitrocellulose membrane filter 0.45 m, not welded, pack of 50. All in one sterile assembly combines a filtration unit and petri dish with lid and helps to minimize contamination. A preloaded 0.45 um mixed cellulose ester membrane and pad with grid eliminates transfer steps and manual manipulation of the membrane. The lid includes a built-in magnification lens for colony count. Use to ensure reliable, reproducible results, unit-to-unit and lot-to-lot. Sold in package quantity of 50.
