ASI's Matte Black Collection provides a chic alternative for modern washrooms. Carefully curated to be versatile and powder coated for added durability, these accessories are ready to make a statement in any setting. The boldness of black creates an air of sophistication, while the subtlety of the matte finish exudes warmth. 40 fl. oz. (1.2 L) capacity liquid soap dispenser in stainless steel with matte black powder coated finish comes with an all purpose valve and a tamper-resistant refill indicator. Push button to dispense soap. Unit is refilled through hinged door at top requiring special key (supplied) to open. Soap tank will continue to feed properly until soap level is below valve intake port. Tank supply is replenished manually. Soap Requirements: Proper usage of this dispenser requires, that only soap within the following range for viscosity and pH may be usedViscosity Range (mPas or cP): 100 3.5kpH Range: 5.5 ~ 8.5A complete Dispensing Chart and other relevant technical documents are available for all dispensers. Stainless Steel Construction: Our heavy-duty items are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is tough, durable, stain-resistant and easy to clean Specification: Surface Mounted Horizontal Soap Dispenser shall have a capacity of 40 oz (1.2 L) of liquid soaps having a pH in range 7 1.5 and viscosity in range 100-3500 cP (mPas). Soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides and alcohols should be avoided. Dispenser shall be fabricated of 20 gauge type 304 stainless steel, alloy 18-8. All exposed surface-es shall be satin finish. Valve shall be a plastic valve body and push button with stainless steel and plastic internal parts. Valve operation shall comply with 2010 ADA Accessibility Standards and ANSI A.117.1 by requiring no more than 5 lbsf (22.2 N) pressure to actuate and require no grasping or twisting by operator. A tamper resistant sight gauge shall be provided. Unit shall have a hinged stainless steel refill door on top of unit, which is opened with special key provided.
