Manitowoc Ice Machine Sanitizer Effective in the presence of 5% serum contamination when used as a disinfectant. For use in ice machines located in homes, hospitals, institutions and industrial locations. An effective sanitizer for use on food contact surfaces. The mix ratio is 3.5 ounces to 4.5 gallons of water. This gallon of sanitizer solution makes 164 gallons of sanitizer mixture. This product meets the EPA criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2 (the cause of COVID-19).
