Converts your forklift instantly to a jib boom crane. Simply slip forks of your counter-balanced lift truck into fork pockets of jib boom and attach 36"L safety chain to truck mast. Maximum Load on a Single Hook: At 36" Hook Position = 6000 lbs. At 144" Hook Position = 1800 lbs. - 151-1/4" Fully Extended; 86-1/4" Fully Retracted - Safety chain welded to boom has grab hook for anchoring jib boom to truck - Two hoisting hooks (one swivel, one rigid) - Adjustable locking screw secures boom in any position - 4 intermediate supports points under boom on 12" centers add support for long loads - Slot lock for quick chain use - Durable chip-resistant enamel finish ** "S" Dimension is the dimension from the center to center of the fork tine sleeves. NOTE: OSHA requires contacting the manufacturer of your truck for written approval for the use of any fork truck attachments.
