Untersucht werden dazu die Gleichstellung von Frauen im Recht und die Lohnungleichheit zwischen den Geschlechtern. Mit der Methode der Qualitative Comparative Analysis wird ermittelt, ob und inwieweit globale Standards der Gleichstellung der Geschlechter, Frauenbewegungen oder linke Parteien die Inklusion von Frauen bedingen.
