The Paragon Classic Dog Steamer and Merchandiser is a compact machine with the ability to manage a high customer demand. Heavy Duty 20 gauge stainless steel construction. Removable product trays and foldout door for easy access to hotdogs and for simple and easy clean up. Variable adjustable bulb-style thermostat for more accurate water temperature control. Standard divided hot dog trays accommodates any size precooked hotdog and sausages. Holds up to 192 hotdogs, but can use the Removable Bun Insert (included) for a combination of up to 96 hotdogs and 30 buns. 8 quart water reservoir for increased holding times is the largest in the business The quick turn water release valve eliminates burned fingers and spilt water. Striking graphics on both sides for front-counter and rear-counter merchandising, tongs includedMade in the USA.
