Administrativer Wandel in internationalen Organisationen
Tim Balint zeigt auf der Grundlage von vier Fallstudien, dass sich die Personalpolitik in internationalen Organisationen erst sehr spt und eher zgerlich in Richtung New Public Management verndert hat. Zur Erklrung werden kausale Mechanismen herausgearbeitet und dabei auf die bisher kaum erforschte Rolle von Akteuren innerhalb internationaler Verwaltungen abgehoben. Von besonderer Relevanz fr die Erklrung sind die am traditionellen Brokratiemodell orientierte Organisationskultur, die Politisierung der Reformdebatte, das Vertrauensverhltnis zu den Mitgliedsstaaten und die Rolle der politischen Fhrung.
