The Rotante with a flat top, has an dome interior chamber. This oven is insultated with 9"thick refractory brick. This oven cooks a pizza in 90 seconds as the refractory brick retains heat extremely well. You are able to choose left or right side you want the burner on, and various tile options are available. This model features a control board that has multiple saved program options, control the time, temperature and speed of the deck and each program.
