Equipped with a sturdy frame and an upper rolling wheel, the Baileigh EW-45 comes standard with four rolling wheels and ten lower anvil wheels, each with different crowns to create various radii. It can easily form beads and shapes aluminum and copper up to 1/8" thick, as well as mild steel sheet metal up to 16 gauge. The polished wheels, which are supplied with sealed bearings, ensure smooth and precise operation every time. One of the standout features of the Baileigh EW-45 is its quick cam handle, which allows for easy and efficient release of the workpiece. Additionally, the machine features retractable wheels, making it simple to move around your shop as needed. Rolling wheels with a 6" diameter ensure ample surface area for your metalworking projects, while the screw lift assembly is designed for both comfort and precise pressure setup. The Baileigh EW-45 English Wheel also comes with storage brackets for both rolling and anvil wheels, and three sets of popular fender groove shaping wheels. Whether you're a seasoned metalworking professional or just starting out, the Baileigh EW-45 English Wheel is an excellent investment for all your metal forming and shaping needs.
