Hierzu rckt er die Perspektive der Gefrderten in den Vordergrund. Anhand von biographisch-narrativen Interviews analysiert er die Bedeutung, die die Einbindung am Arbeitsplatz sowie der Erwerbsstatus fr sie haben. In acht Einzelfallanalysen arbeitet der Autor heraus, unter welchen Bedingungen eine solche Verbesserung gelingen kann. Die Studie liefert somit wichtige Hinweise fr eine zielfhrende Ausgestaltung gefrderter Beschftigung, zeigt aber zugleich die Grenzen eines solchen Frderansatzes auf.
