Ferner werden typische Messrume und Labor-Apparaturen vorgestellt, so auch in Beispielen zur Absorptionsgrad- und Impedanzmessung, zur Modalanalyse und zu Arraymesstechniken. Akustische Messungen sind wesentlich in der Forschung und bei Untersuchungen in der schalltechnischen Praxis. Fast jede akustische Messapparatur besteht aus einem oder mehreren Mikrofonen oder anderen vibroakustischen Sensoren sowie einem Empfangsteil in Form eines Schallpegelmessers mit Bandpssen oder A-Filtern oder eines Analysesystems zur Bestimmung von bertragungsfunktionen oder Impulsantworten.
