Advances in GAPDH Protein Analysis: A Functional and Biochemical Approach

This book presents modern and classic analytical approaches that are crucial for the biochemical and functional characterization of the archetypal protein, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH).
