Sie zeigt auf, wie Leih- und Werkvertragsarbeitnehmer/-innen ihre Mitbestimmungssituation bewerten und mit ihr umgehen. Ebenso wird analysiert, welche strukturellen und individuellen Bedingungen die Beschftigtenperspektive beeinflussen. Die Studie bietet zugleich Anknpfungspunkte fr die Diskussion um gesetzliche Reformbedarfe und die (knftigen) Handlungsspielrume der Akteure der betrieblichen Mitbestimmung.
