Geflchtete Kinder und Jugendliche befinden sich hufig in einem sequenziell traumatischen Prozess, zu dem neben den fluchtauslsenden Bedingungen und der Flucht selbst auch die Lebensbedingungen im Aufnahmeland gehren. Im Zentrum dieser Studie stehen die Fragen, wie sich die emotionalen Belastungen und potenziellen Traumatisierungen geflchteter Schler*innen in der Schule zeigen, wie sie sich im Erleben und Handeln der Lehrkrfte widerspiegeln und welche pdagogischen Konsequenzen sich daraus ergeben. Um dem nachzugehen, was es fr die Lehrkrfte bedeutet, inmitten der traumatischen Prozesse der geflchteten Schler*innen pdagogisch zu arbeiten, wurden u.a. themenzentrierte Tiefeninterviews mit Lehrkrften gefhrt und tiefenhermeneutisch ausgewertet. Aufbauend auf den Ergebnissen der Studie werden Konsequenzen fr die pdagogische Praxis, die Professionalisierung von Lehrkrften und hinsichtlich eines strukturellen Handlungsbedarfs gezogen.
