Lift-All CARGO CONTROL LOAD BINDER WITH "E" TYPE END FITTINGS Quickly and safely secure loads for handling and transporting. Spring-loaded ratchet buckle is designed for fast tensioning and easy release. Simply pull webbing through roller to take up slack. Operate buckle handle back and forth until webbing is properly tensioned and close handle. One-handed release; just disengage positive locking safety latch and rotate handle over center. Rugged, 2'' wide low-stretch polyester webbing stands up to your toughest job. Working load limit: 1000 lbs., Ultimate load strength: 3000 lbs. Meets military and commercial specifications.
