Simply pull webbing through roller to take up slack. Operate buckle handle back and forth until webbing is properly tensioned and close handle. One-handed release; just disengage positive locking safety latch and rotate handle over center. Rugged, 2'' wide low-stretch polyester webbing stands up to your toughest job.
