Die Autorin legt theoretische Perspektiven der Professionalisierung von Lehrkrften dar und entwickelt hieraus ein theoretisches Modell professioneller Unterrichtsplanungskompetenz. Dieses Modell wird anschlieend in einem Mixed-Methods-Design empirisch berprft.
