The JET Square Wheel Grinder is a belt grinder that uses a flat platen and idler wheels at each end to achieve a long, flat grinding surface. This innovative design permits grinding on the front wheel, which is square to the work and not crowned. The JET Square Wheel Grinder will grind, deburr and chamfer with equal proficiency both internal/external on parts. large or small. We have added a dust port to help keep your shop clean and sparks and debris away from the operator. Flat & Angular Stock: Platen setting is the perfect angle for high speed, precision flat and level grinding. Steel frame and platen provides heavy duty construction. Strong cast iron head casting. Aluminum casted drive wheel for years of use. Fully guarded on all grinding surfaces. Adjustable Dust port with high dust collection efficiency and drive sparks away from the Operator. Toggle on/off switch with safety cover. Grinds difficult to reach areas with the 3" x 2" or 1-1/2" x 2" diameter contact wheels. Adjustable handles for easy smooth tool-less belt tracking. For grinding and refinishing cylindrical shapes easily.
