Ausgangspunkt des Sammelbands ist die nationalsozialistische Verfolgung von Menschen, die als ,Asoziale stigmatisiert wurden. Anhand dieses Referenzrahmens wird den Kontinuitten dieser Stigmatisierung in aktuellen Diskursen und Bildern von ,Asozialitt, ,arbeitsscheu oder ,amoralischem Lebenswandel' nachgegangen. Es wird die Frage thematisiert, inwiefern aktuelle Debatten ber Armut, Bettelei, ,Sozialmissbrauch, Obdachlosigkeit und Migration im Nationalsozialismus Anleihen bei historischen Denkmustern nehmen und welchen Beitrag Politische Bildung zur Bearbeitung selbiger leisten knnte. Mit vertiefendem Blick auf aktuelle Abwertungen von Bettler*innen, Sinti*zze und Rom*nja, Behinderte sowie Obdachlose werden die historischen, ideologischen und politischen Hintergrnde und Kontinuitten analysiert sowie Mglichkeiten der Thematisierung im pdagogischen Kontext skizziert.
