Particular attention is paid to aspects of globalization. This book is a translation of the original German 1st edition Ernhrung, Nahrungsmittelmrkte und Landwirtschaft by Christian J. Jggi, published by Springer Fachmedien Wiesbaden GmbH, part of Springer Nature in 2018.
