This book examines the rise of two contrasting variants of Hindu nationalismthe Bharatiya Janata Partys (BJP) divisive cultural nationalism and the softer, less threatening variant of Hindutva espoused by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Trinamool Congress (TMC).
