Secure Click Organic Vapor Cartridge/Filter P100 D80921 is NIOSH-approved to help provide respiratory protection against certain organic vapors and oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants. The D80921 organic vapor cartridges and P100 filters are for use with Secure Click facepieces. Secure Click cartridges/filters utilize dual flow technology for easier breathing. Secure Click Organic Vapor Cartridge/Filter P100 D80921 has the Secure Click connection style. The Secure Click connection style enables a quick, simple connection of the cartridges. Simply align the connections on the facepiece and cartridge/filter and push until you hear a click. The innovative Secure Click connection helps provide wearers confidence that the cartridges/filters are installed properly. Also, the Secure Click cartridges/filters are dual-flow to allow easier breathing. Two dual-flow cartridges/filters on each respirator combine to create four airflow paths in the world's first quad-flow cartridge/filter system providing greater breathability and comfort. The Secure Click Organic Vapor Cartridge/Filter P100 D80921 is NIOSH-approved for use against certain organic vapors and oil and non-oil based airborne particulate contaminants when used with approved Secure Click facepieces. Refer to the Respirator Selection Guide for a list of chemicals for which these cartridges/filters can be used. The D80921 is not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or for sandblasting. Change Secure Click Organic Vapor Cartridge/Filter P100 D80921 in accordance to your well-documented change-out schedule or earlier if smell, taste or irritation from contaminants is detected. Replace the cartridges/filters if it becomes damaged or if breathing becomes difficult. If used in environments containing only oil aerosols, replace the cartridges/filters after 40 hours of use or 30 days, whichever is first.
