Chase Doors EXTRA HEAVY DUTY INDUSTRIAL RATED IMPACT TRAFFIC DOOR The Toughest Door In The Industry Is Built For Years Of Reliable Service. From the daily rigors of motorized forklift traffic, to refrigerated applications, to USDA and washdown applications, this impact door is known for its ruggedness, ease of maintenance and long service life. This NSF Certified door panel is constructed with 1/4" thick rotationally molded cross-linked polyethylene outer shell and a foamed-in-place non-CFC urethane foam core. The panel is corrosion resistant, making it ideal for washdown applications as it has no gaps or joint seams. Overall panel thickness is 1-7/8". The leading and back edge of the door is internally reinforced with tubular steel. Each door panel has 42"H black bumpers on both sides and a 20-1/2"W x 22-1/2"H window for excellent visibility. Double-acting V-Cam hinging system operates smoothly and is virtually maintenance free with its permanently lubricated needle bearing roller assembly.
