Bluff Stairway Landing, MEZ-LDG48X48, 4'. 4'x4' landing for top & intermediate landings on stair systems and mezzanines. Intermediate landings are required by building codes for any vertical rise exceeding 12 feet. While stair and landing systems are subject to code requirements, they can also be driven by the constraints of your workspace. Landings can be provided with stairs or sold separately for integration into existing stairway systems. Landing includes fixed handrail in compliance with applicable code.
