Product Details
The Start International ZCM1000 electronic tape dispenser automatically cuts and advances predefined tape lengths. It is suitable for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. The preset lengths of 51/64" to 39" (20mm to 999mm) can be overridden for a custom cut, and then returned to the auto feed settings. The feed roller pressure can be adjusted for tape thickness. The guillotined cut provides a straight edge to the dispensed tape. The estimated blade life is 200,000 cuts, depending upon the type of tape material. The cut length tolerance is 0.04" (1mm). The dispenser is ideal for use with most tapes up to wide.
