The Model KPO12-23 (12-ton or 135,000 Btu Cooling A.C. Only) is the most versatile system in size and capabilities compared to machines with the same capacity. The KPO12-23 has an extremely small footprint for difficult applications with limited available space. The KPO12-23 model is 32" wide, 64" long, and 61.5" tall. The system is placed outside of the space being cooled with two 12" cold air supply and two 12" return ducts. The KPO12-23 runs on a 230-volt/80-amp 3-phase circuit with built-in cam lock connections for easy electrical hook up. A phase monitor provides the unit with electrical protection. The system will automatically shut down, if the voltage or phases are improper, which could damage the system's electrical components. In addition, the condenser motor has low ambient temperature capability using a variable frequency drive that allows the system to operate at temperatures down to freezing. The unit also comes standard with an internal high lift condensate pump to adequately remove condensation. And, Kwikool products are proudly "MADE IN AMERICA." This product has a limited 1-year warranty.
