Forklifts entering unhitched semi-trailers can become nose-heavy and tip - causing a hazardous situation. The Ideal Warehouse Auto-Stand Plus Trailer Stabilizing Stand has an impressive 100,000 Lb. static capacity, making it an ideal choice for preventing impact and injuries that can occur. This unit is designed to help meet OSHA 1910.178(k) (3) safety requirements. Easy to set in place, the dock attendant simply rolls the trailer stand into position under the nose of the trailer and unlocks the restraint. The gas operated self-leveling system automatically raises the stand and the operator locks it into position. No ratcheting of the stand is necessary. Ergonomic handles with safety grips allow for easy positioning. 17" x 18-" base and 5"" x 30"" x "" thick trailer contact pads offer excellent stability. Heavy-gauge steel construction for long life. 1-Year Limited Warranty. Auto-Stand Plus offers an easy to operate locking-biased security lever to lock the stand in place. Large 16"" diameter solid rubber tires and foot bar combination offer easy handling on any surface.
